Atmospheric Memory

Powerhouse has announced the inaugural Australian exhibition of the significant artwork “Atmospheric Memory” by Mexican-Canadian artist Rafael Lozano-Hemmer, curated by José Luis de Vicente.

The exhibition will debut at Powerhouse Ultimo on August 12, 2023. This sensory experience will showcase works related to science, mathematics, and climate, along with items from the Powerhouse Collection.

“Atmospheric Memory” takes centre stage as part of the Sydney Science Festival at Powerhouse Museum, spanning from August 11 to August 20, 2023, throughout the city. This nine-day festival will explore the theme of “traces.”
