Queenscliff wormhole - things to do in Sydney

We drove to Manly early in the morning, if you want to go just typed “manly wormhole” into Google, and it took us straight to the parking spot! The wormhole is at Queencliff Beach (which is basically Manly and you’ll see the rock pool there).

The parking area is in a residential neighborhood, so you won’t see the stunning views right away. When you reach the dead end, start looking for the downhill path beside it. There’s an apartment with a sign and that’s where you go down for the shortcut to take gorgeous pictures!

We didn’t actually follow that route, though. We parked, walked straight down to Manly Beach’s rock pool, and started my rocky trek to find the hole. It’s the same either way, except we got to walk along the sand which is pretty fun too!

The rocky walk takes about 20–30 minutes, but since we were busy taking photos, we stayed for 2 hours.

It was also a chance to clear our head. We just sat on the rocks with friends, soaking in the view!

And seriously this place is so beautiful. It’s really an unforgettable experience, you can easily get tons of photo here, and this place is also a very romantic date spot. Some people even picnic there.

Just a heads-up though, since the hole’s a bit narrow, but there’s plenty of space for picnics on the rocks above the pool!
