We do not intentionally collect sensitive information (such as health, racial or ethnic origin, or similar special category data) about you, and ask that you do not submit this kind of information to us unless it is necessary and you have given clear consent.
How We Collect Information

Where Your Information Is Stored
Some of the service providers we use, including Google, may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the overseas recipient handles your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, but we cannot guarantee that an overseas recipient will not breach those principles and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for such a breach.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Account and listing information is generally retained while your account or listing remains active, and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any legal obligation we may have to retain it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information you transmit to us.
Children’s Privacy
While much of our content relates to activities and programs for children, the Site itself is intended for use by parents, carers and other adults, not by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Business Listings
If you submit or claim a business listing, the business details you provide (which may include your business name, address, phone number, email, website, description and images) will be published publicly on the Site as part of the directory. Please do not include personal information in a listing description that you do not want to be publicly visible, such as a personal mobile number, unless that is the number you want customers to use.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
