School holidays ACT in 2028, there are 4 breaks through the year, For dual working parents it’s never really about doing anything fancy, more about trying to keep life from turning into chaos.
We usually just take a day or two off if we can, link it with the weekend, do a short trip somewhere nearby, just a change of scenery. If not, it’s movies, play dates, whatever fills the gap.
Then it’s back to normal routine again, one of us takes site visits, the other goes into the office and the kid just comes along sometimes, drawing, ipad, sitting in a corner, bits of everything.
