Murray Thorpe
Murray started at WAYS in 2019 and has been grateful to be able to work closely with young people in the community. He enjoys an active lifestyle and is always keen to shoot hoops on the roof or have a bodysurf down at the beach. At WAYS Murray’s most in-demand skills are being first in for a game of tips and making cheese toasties, two tasks that he approaches with great care and enthusiasm. Interests & Hobbies: If Murray’s not at the beach or down at a basketball court, he might be going for a run or playing bocce with his friends. When Murray’s looking for some more quiet time he’s happy to have a read of a book or go for a fish. Murray is looking forward to being able to go to concerts more regularly as he loves seeing live music. Qualifications: Certificate IV in Youth Work, WWCC, currently studying Social Work at University.
