NGV has launched another exciting exhibition, this time, it’s all about cats and dogs! This exhibition features photography, paintings, and crafts, exploring the timeless relationship between humans and their beloved pets. With three to four rooms to explore, you’ll need at least an hour to explore! On the weekend, we unlocked a magical world of cats and dogs with our little one!
The exhibition offers a fascinating journey, with one section dedicated to dogs and the other to cats, presented through paintings, prints, photography, textiles, decorative arts, and fashion designs. It’s a wonderful experience for families and art lovers!
An exhibition where you can showcase your own dog or cat
One of the coolest features is scanning a QR code in the gallery to upload a photo of your pet. Near the exit, you’ll see a projection featuring all the uploaded photos. The experience of seeing everyone’s furry friends was really amazing!
If the venue is crowded, you might have to wait a bit for the pet photo projection. We waited around 10 minutes on a Sunday.
In the gift shop on the ground floor, we found the cutest little dog fridge magnets! From fluffy poodles to corgis, there’s even a cat version. They also have tote bags, postcards, and t-shirts, everything is irresistibly adorable!
Overall, don’t miss out if you love cats and dogs!
