Halloween in Australia
To celebrate the arrival of Halloween, kids dress up as all sorts of cute ghosts and goblins, going door-to-door shouting “trick or treat!” to ask for candy!
Gear is Essential!
If you want to have a great Halloween, you need to prepare your gear! This includes a big stash of candy, plenty of cute jack-o’-lanterns, and a carefully curated costume, among other things.
Every year, before Halloween, major retailers like Kmart and shopping malls start stocking up on various Halloween supplies to meet people’s different needs. In addition to the giant pumpkins in supermarkets, strange little shops seem to pop up everywhere, filled with all kinds of quirky decorations—skeleton masks, spider dolls, wizard robes, and more.
It feels like the arrival of these products and various Halloween promotions slowly makes me realise that Halloween is really here!
