A brand new indoor playground opened in Castle Hill. We had to go check it out—and yep, it was BUSY.
Glad we went earlier, because by the afternoon the lines were even longer and parking got tight. We booked a 4:30pm session (1.5 hours) last minute, and luckily did it online—5–12 tickets were already sold out on the day.
It’s open until 9pm daily, which gives parents another great option for burning off kids’ energy. The space is HUGE, with lots of activities—even a snow zone. Probably the biggest indoor playground in the area right now.

Here’s our honest review after trying it out
It’s VERY big—keep an eye on your kids, we stayed over 2 hours and heard multiple announcements for lost kids/parents. It’s easy to lose sight of them, and the entrance is often open without staff monitoring—something to be aware of.
Even with online booking, we still queued for about 15 minutes. Best to arrive a bit early. There are separate lines for party check-in / walk-ins / online bookings.
Baby free play with one paying guest, super friendly for families with two kids. All supervising adults must purchase Area 51 grip socks (other brands not accepted), so we ended up buying three pairs. Baby socks seem to be included.
We tried the snow play. Not the most fun, but it was okay! Most equipment is on the smaller side. My older child found it not very exciting—lots of slides, but relatively low. After about an hour, they were ready to leave. Might be more fun if kids come with friends.
That said, we still got to try VR and the snow world. Even if it’s artificial snow, it was fun for the kids (and for someone who’s never really seen snow before).
Tips
Buy tickets online
Search their venue on Google and purchase via their website. Make sure to book according to age—some zones check wristbands and won’t allow entry if the age doesn’t match (for safety reasons).
Snow play requires separate tickets for both kids and adults. We waited about 15–20 minutes at entry—acceptable.
Socks are mandatory
Even if you already have grip socks, you must buy theirs. Applies to both adults and kids. Keep them for next time!
Food
We ordered pizza, popcorn chicken, and a burger. There’s also kids pasta. Taste is average but filling.
Snow play tips
Bring warm clothes! My child wore a down jacket, thermal pants, and gloves—and lasted about 10 minutes. Good for the experience, but not long play.
Parking
We went at 10am and parking was easy. It gets harder later in the day.
Energy-burning level? 10/10
All three kids were exhausted—and so was I. I literally napped for two hours after getting home.
Overall, the size and variety of activities are easily 3–4 times a typical kids café, and the pricing is reasonable.
It’s also super parent-friendly—plenty of seating, and even USB charging ports under the counters. You can literally work on your laptop while keeping an eye on your kids which is perfect!
