Vivid Sydney, the light show extravaganza, is coming! It will ignite the Sydney night sky with its theme “Vivid Sydney, Naturally,” bringing grand and dazzling fireworks and light show to Sydney!

Vivid Light | Light Show
This year, large-scale art installations and 3D light projections will inject vitality into Sydney, turning the city environment into a kaleidoscope wonderland. The Sydney Opera House is undoubtedly the best viewing spot.
Free Light Walk | Light Trail
The 8.5-kilometre trail includes Circular Quay, The Rocks, Barangaroo, Darling Harbour, Darling Square, Darlinghurst, Goods Line, and Central Station. There are a total of 57 light installations, including 26 international works and the largest installation to date, “The Pool” by American artist Jen Lewin.
New Lightscapes | New Light Installations
Light will also launch Lightscape at Taronga Zoo and the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney, with a 2.1-kilometre experiential path arriving in Sydney for the first time.

Vivid Music | Music Performances
Tumbalong Park will have 23 free live music performances by artists and DJs, with performances at Carriageworks and the Sydney Opera House.
Vivid Food | Food and Dining
Vivid Food is a new addition this year. Food is an integral part of our culture and the perfect complement to the light, music, and intellectual experiences. Sydney has world-class chefs, restaurants, producers, and venues, and Vivid Food celebrates the specialness of our food scenes.
