Where can you use my Creative Kids Voucher
The easiest way to find a local Creative Kids voucher provider is through the Service NSW website. Below is a list of places you can use your creative voucher.
How to get the most from it
If you haven’t redeemed your Creative Kids voucher and are wondering where to spend it, we recommend the following options, in addition to regular extracurricular classes:
Australian National Maritime Museum Annual Family Pass: Located in Darling Harbour, the Maritime Museum is a great place for children to explore maritime adventure stories. The voucher can be used to cover the cost of an annual family pass for up to two adults and three children under 16. After using the voucher, an additional $40 fee is required. Address: 2 Murray St, Sydney.
NIDA OPEN – National Institute of Dramatic Art Children’s Courses: Australia’s top drama school, the voucher can be used to pay for educational courses from Kindergarten to 12th grade, including public speaking, drama, singing, and acting, helping children improve their language and expression skills.
Parramatta Actors Centre – Acting Classes: The voucher can be used at Parramatta Actors Centre to pay for children’s acting classes from Kindergarten to 12th grade. The fees vary by age.
Edukits – Programming Classes: Online programming courses for children. Don’t miss out if your child is interested in IT.
Creative Writing Classes: If parents want to use the voucher for tutoring, it can be used to cover the cost of their child’s creative writing classes. Visit the voucher service provider’s search page and look for “Creative Writing” to find out which tutoring centers are eligible.
Additionally, the Sydney Opera House offers holiday activities during school breaks that can be paid for with Creative Kids vouchers. Parents can keep an eye out for the next holiday activity registration.

How to apply and redeem
If you’re a parent, carer or guardian, the student will be eligible if they are:
- a NSW resident
- aged between 4.5 and 18 years
- enrolled in school (from Kindergarten to Year 12, including those who are home-schooled or enrolled in secondary school education at TAFE NSW)
- a current Medicare card holder.
You can apply for a voucher for each eligible student. So if you have more than one kid and if they both meet the requirements you can apply for both.
