Last time we went they were showing a Marvel movie, but now it’s Kung Fu Panda. You can check to see if there’s a movie you like before you go!
The experience
Just show the ticket inspectors at the entrance your ticket purchase record, and they’ll direct you to either Cinema 1 or 2.
They also give you a paper with the radio frequency you need to tune into to hear the movie sound inside your car.
Best to arrive early, choose your preferred spot and park your car between the pillars. During downtime, you can go to the restroom or pop into the retro American store to grab some snacks just a heads-up, the popcorn is a little salty!
Of course you can bring your own snacks and drinks! We came fully prepared with burgers, fries, drinks, popcorn, chocolate, and some sushi!
When the movie starts, make sure to turn off your car lights! Otherwise, it will affect others watching the movie. If you need to run the AC/engine and can’t turn off the lights, you can DIY cover them with a dark blanket, no problem! If you don’t turn off the lights, staff will come by and knock on your window to ask for cooperation.
It’s also advisable to bring a big vehicle if you plan to set up the back of your car like a bed, park further back to avoid blocking others’ view and not impact your own viewing angle!
