  2. 2 cups white chocolate chips
  3. 1 cup fresh liquid cream
  4. ½ cup powdered sugar
  5. 2 tablespoon palm oil
  6. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. First, preheat oven to 350 C for later use.
  2. Now take a baking pan, spread hazelnuts in an even layer, and bake for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Take a cloth towel and place baked hazelnuts over it. Rub the nuts in the towel to remove their skin.
  4. Put peeled hazelnuts in a food processor with blades. Now blend for some time until you get a fine mixture, it might take 3 to 4 minutes. Keep this mixture aside for later use.
  5. Take a saucepan and add palm oil, fresh liquid cream, white chocolate chips, and vanilla extract and heat until chocolate chips completely melt and blend with other ingredients.
  6. Now add powdered sugar to this hot mixture, cook for another minute and stir well.
  7. In this hot mixture, add the fine mixture of hazelnuts and mix well with the help of a hand or electric whisk to prevent lumps.
  8. The spread might still look liquid when it is hot. Pour the spread into a jar and wait for it to cool down before closing it. Keep the spread in the refrigerator to ensure that the freshness and taste stay the same.
