This year-end, get ready for a colossal Jurassic World crafted from 600 thousands LEGO bricks, landing at the Queensland Museum.
Featuring over 50 giant dinosaurs, prop scenes, and exciting activities, this adventure will bring you up close with 15 LEGO dinosaurs created by the renowned Brickman team. Relive beloved stories and characters from the Jurassic World series in an exhilarating journey.
The Experience
The dinosaur exhibition is full of clever details, perfect for exploring with kids. All the dinosaurs are 1:1 scale replicas, faithfully recreating scenes from Jurassic World. There are various activities, such as building dinosaur footprints with LEGO and crafting cars to race down tracks made of LEGO. As we exited, there was a LEGO shop, and the kids insisted on buying some items. Well, it was a day well spent!
Exhibition Highlights
1. Walk through the iconic park gates and experience the inner workings of the Jurassic World laboratory.
2. Get up close with a real-size giant Brachiosaurus weighing over 1.8 tons.
3. Encounter stunning models of Triceratops, Velociraptor, Tyrannosaurus Rex, and more.
4. Participate in LEGO paleontology, mysterious mosaic puzzles, island construction, and mixed dinosaur creations.
Aside from the exhibition, LEGO enthusiasts can use 250 million bricks to build their kingdom, exploring limitless creative possibilities.
The Brickman team spent over 2 years and 10 10,000 hours creating Jurassic World, making it their largest exhibition. It is an unmissable experience for both children and adults.

Where to park
For parking, we used Wilson Parking at 70 Riley Street, and online tickets were only $12 for the whole day, making it convenient and cost-effective. I purchased a parking ticket for 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM for just $8.
A short five-minute walk took us to the Australian Museum. While the museum itself is free, the LEGO exhibition had an entry fee. Tickets were $35 for adults, $25 for children aged 3 and above, and a family ticket for four was $90. It gets crowded, so booking a week in advance ensures your preferred time slot.
