Caves Beach
Have you heard of Caves beach? Cave Beach is the name of both a beach and a suburb on Swansea peninsula.
There are plenty of parking and lovely cafes nearby. Caves beach is just another beautiful spots you should stop by and relax when visiting Lake Macquarie.
Where does the name Caves beach come from?
The beach is named for the network of sculptural sea caves spread along its southern end, which are wondrous to explore, especially for kids. But a caveat: they can only be accessed at low tide. The beach is patrolled, and is ideal for both swimmers and surfers.
