Candyland – The Grounds’ Latest Themed Season

Candyland - The Grounds

The set design for this season of The Grounds is Candyland!

In the candy wonderland, even the air has a sweet flavour. There are several stalls selling candies, doughnuts, croissants, lemonade, fruits, and more. It’s like stepping into a little storybook, with crowds of people being the norm!

Candyland

Although The Grounds is a popular spot, we can’t resist taking the kids there every time they change the theme! During the recent School Holiday, they transformed it into Candy Land!

Apart from being crowded, there were so many vibrant and eye-catching colours, and the limited edition drinks were loaded with sugar! We arrived on Monday morning at 10am and managed to find a parking spot. But when we left, all the parking lots were double-parked, with people queuing up! It’s definitely better to arrive early during the daytime.

They even had free face painting the day we went. However, there weren’t many things to play with there, just a small playground. After filling our bellies, we went to the nearby L’ Estrange Park Playground and played for a long time before heading home!
