Our little one is 5 years old, and attending kindergarten. He loves inviting his friends over to play at our house, and it seems like he even feels proud of our home! Every time we have guests over, he enthusiastically introduces our home! Not to mention when his friends come over, he’s eager to share all of his toys with them.
With the school holiday approaching, we prepared a surprise for him in advance this time – a set of over 700 magnetic tiles! While he was asleep, his dad and I set up a scene for him. When he woke up, he probably felt like he had woken up in a dream!
Speaking of magnetic tiles, they are one of our son’s favourite toys because they are like building blocks!Â
He arranged patterns on flat surfaces, and slowly built structures. And he could play with them for hours!
The colours are rich, vibrant, and translucent, which seems to catch the interest of children who are into “bling bling” things.
They look even more beautiful when sunlight shines through during the day, turning our home into a fairy tale world in an instant.
We find the magnetic tiles are more friendly for younger children, even though we’re not too young anymore! The brand we bought has strong magnetic force and is more stable, making it easier for children to build what they like and giving them a sense of accomplishment.
Any moms out there who have the same frustration of cleaning up toys? Let us know if you are on the same boat! Sometimes our son leaves his toys scattered around, and we have to clean them up! Whether he cleans them up or we do, magnetic tiles are really easy to tidy up. Just snap them together, and they quickly become neat and tidy!
Since getting into magnetic tiles, it’s been so much fun. Every day, he wants to take them out and build something! And you don’t really choose a particular brand!
