Leah Scott, the founder of Wild Things Anatomy, embarked on her transformative journey following personal challenges, including a divorce in 2015. Her healing process, deeply intertwined with nature, led her to daily swims in the Thredbo River, fostering a connection with her inner self. Previously based in the Snowy Mountains for 4 years, Leah is an experienced alpine hiker and backcountry explorer, with a profound understanding of the wilderness. A former certified Level 2 Wim Hof Method instructor (2017-2023), she has taught worldwide, alongside Wim Hof and believes in the synergy of breathwork, extreme cold exposure, and nature therapy. Her achievements encompass creating innovative retreats and programs that cater to a diverse group, including women, members of the Australian Defence Force, corporate, youth, and athletes. These initiatives focus on fostering self healing, resilience enhancing body awareness, facilitating self discovery, and empowering individuals on their personal journeys
