Treetop Challenge Gold Coast

The Treetop Challenge is located within Thunderbird Park, an adventure park in the hinterland of the Gold Coast. The main paths are made up of steel ropes, wooden ladders, and various suspension bridges. It provides an excellent opportunity to have fun, get active, and enjoy outdoor activities in a beautiful natural environment!

Treetop Challenge Route

The tracks are similar, featuring zip lines and rainforest crossings.

Little warriors (3 to 8 years old), they have their own track.
Big Warriors (8 years old and above or meeting height requirements) can choose from several challenging tracks!

There are five tracks with different difficulty levels. The basic track options are moderately easy to complete, but you can also choose a higher difficulty level that suits you!

The park opens at 9:00 am and closes at 5:00 pm. The tracks close between 4:15 pm and 4:50 pm.

The entire experience takes approximately three to four hours. Suitable for the whole family! Babies should be over three years old.

Over 140 challenging elements

Including wobbly wooden bridges, nets, tunnels, and thrilling cableways, among others.

14 high-flying zip lines

Hold onto the handle and glide from one end of the rainforest to the other. Leave behind your joyful shouts in the rainforest!

12 acres of World Heritage natural scenery

After crossing various wooden bridges and tunnels, you can witness the breathtaking 12-acre jungle and tropical rainforest.

8 treetop tracks

Obstacles and flying foxes are spread across the 8 tracks, ranging from easy to heart-pounding. You can complete each task at your own pace!

How to book your Treetop Challenge

Make a reservation in advance by searching for “Customer Booking – TreeTop Challenge.”

Tickets can be purchase in advance through the official website. Prices range from $35 for children aged 3-8, $60 for adults, and $50 for older children and students. Family and group tickets are also available.

They do have free parking, toilets, and water taps available before, during, and after the tracks. There is a café that provides food and drinks !

Additional tips

Be sure to wear sports shoes. Apply sunscreen as the entire experience is outdoors.
