How much are tickets to the Ekka this year?

We don’t know how much the ticket is going to cost this year yet. But last year, ticket prices are: 

  • $36.00 per Adult
  • $26.00 per concession or student
  • $21.00 per child (5 – 14 years)
  • FREE kids ages 4 years and under – but require a little Ekka ticket to attend
  • $84.00 per family ticket (2x adult and 2x child)
  • $47 per adult and Child pass
  • $21 per Twilight Pass (valid after 6pm)

History of the Ekka holiday

The Ekka is the annual agricultural show of Queensland, Australia. Its formal title is the Royal Queensland Show, and it is held at the Brisbane Showgrounds. It was originally called the Brisbane Exhibition, but it is more commonly known as the “Ekka”, short for “exhibition”. It is run by The Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland.
