With school terms and work schedules, planning where to go on holiday is not an easy task. Where to go on holiday in Victoria
Great Ocean Road – There are many things you can do on the Great Ocean Road with your kids. The Great Ocean road is 243 kms long, it runs from Torquay all the way to Warnambool. The first stop often is Torquay, which has one of the best beaches in Melbourne. A must do stop on your Great Ocean Road when you are traveling with kids is the Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie, this is where you can find a huge range of chocolate and gelato! Another beautiful stop that should be on your Itinerary is Lorne which is a fantastic spot for swimming and the town is beautiful. Almost half way along the Great Ocean Road what you will find is the Apollo Bay. It is one of the bigger towns along the coast. The most famous stop along the Great Ocean Road with kids is the Twelve Apostles in Port Campbell!

Melbourne Skydeck – The Melbourne Skydeck is located in the heart of the city, Melbourne. It captures everything that is special about Melbourne and beyond! They offer attractions such as Edge – a glass cube that projects 10 feet out from the building (with you and your kids in it) and is suspended almost 1,000 feet above the ground. When you enter, the glass is opaque, as the cube moves out over the edge of the building! They also have other great attractions such as Voyagerâ„¢ Theatre and virtual reality experience.
Sovereign Hill – Sovereign Hill is a living museum presenting the story of Ballarat as a goldrush boomtown! You can also experience their evening sound-and-light show illustrating the history and importance of gold in our region in this outdoor museum. There are a lot of activities for you and your kids during the visit, such as meeting Sovereign Hill confectioners and see them make our world-famous boiled lollies from scratch, watching their blacksmith beat red hot metal to shape ironware like they did during the gold rush or joining their Gold Mine tours. Where to go on holiday in New South Wales
Sydney Tower – At the Sydney Tower, you can explore the 360 views of Sydney & visit their observation deck! You can also try their 60-minute experience, which includes fully guided SKYWALK tour around the outside of the top of Sydney Tower.
Raging Waters Sydney – The park has over 30 slides and attractions including a whole zone dedicated to the little water adventurers which your kids will love!
