The Most Beautiful Bus Stop in Sydney

The Most Beautiful Bus Stop in Sydney

The most beautiful bus stop (Cremorne Point) in Sydney is located in a residential area. For the locals, it’s just an ordinary stop, so when we went, it was just the three of us there.

We arrived around noon to take photos when the lighting was perfect. The sunlight was so good that we didn’t need to use any filters afterward, the pictures turned out beautifully!

People were jogging and walking their dogs along the way, and the streets were lined with beautiful houses. From the houses, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge!

Address: Cremorne Point

How to get there

You can take the F6 ferry from Wharf 4 at Circular Quay and get off at Cremorne Point Wharf. Turn left after leaving the pier, and you’ll see the bus stop (it’s about a ten-minute ride, with Cremorne Point as the first stop after Circular Quay).

The ferry runs every 30 minutes, so you can check the schedule easily using the built-in Apple Maps, it’s very convenient. After taking pictures of the bus stop, you can continue walking along the coastal path, as the views along the way are perfect for photos.

Search for Cremorne Point Wharf on the map, the bus stop is right next to the wharf. It’s easy to get there by ferry, bus, car, or taxi.

Bus 225 is the only one that stops there, about every 20-30 minutes. During our visit, there was no one around! It’s like having a private spot to take pictures with a panoramic view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge!

There’s a small park nearby called Cremorne Reserve, with many scenic points, benches, and even a white lighthouse you can photograph.

The whole area is quiet and not crowded, so you can take pictures at ease! There’s a residential area nearby with plenty of lawns for picnics.
