Playing in 30-degree weather is an absolute blast – it’s got that pool-like vibe. Just a heads up for both adults and kids, make sure you slap on some sunscreen and stay hydrated. There are no changing rooms, so you can just swap out on the side when you’re done. You might also want to bring along some small water buckets, water guns, or similar toys.

The park is surrounded by free parking spots, shaded BBQ tables and chairs, two restrooms, a basketball court, a shaded white sandpit, a challenging climbing area, and slides. The whole place is cleverly designed, with trampolines, ziplines – you name it, they’ve got it. You can easily spend a few hours having a blast here.

We’ve driven past this playground countless times, but it wasn’t until we had the little crew with us that we actually stopped and checked it out.

This park actually won some awards under its belt. The park is huge, and there’s this epic slide to conquer.

They’ve got all the classic playground gear, from trampolines to a cool sculpture about tadpoles turning into frogs – pretty neat, right? And, of course, there’s a sandbox; no playground’s complete without it.

There’s a big, open field right in the middle, and you can even fire up a BBQ nearby. Perfect for picnicking while keeping an eye on the little rascals as they go wild. If you’ve got older kids in tow, they can get in some wall ball and basketball action too.

But here’s the cherry on top: there’s this massive area with fountains that the kids can run around in. It’s like kid paradise. Fountains shoot water in all kinds of shapes, and the little munchkins are running around, screaming with joy! My kids love it so much that it’s impossible to drag them away. Seriously, it’s the ultimate spot for some summertime fun.

Once the sun cranks up the heat a bit, this hidden park is a must-visit. It’s got all the stuff kids of all ages are into.
