Sydney Bubble Planet Experience
During the long weekend, we took the kids to the popular Bubble Planet Exhibition. It’s an immersive, multi-sensory exhibition featuring not just bubbles, but also lights, ball pits, balloons, and the little ones’ favourite yellow ducks. It truly lives up to its name as a bubble-filled planet. Each room is designed with a different theme, […]
Newly Opened Japanese-Style Matcha Cafe in Melbourne – Matcha Kobo
There’s an actual matcha shop in Melbourne’s CBD, a milling stone, and an authentic Japanese-style setup with mats! They’ve soft launched, so they’re not very well-known yet, but on weekends, they’re already incredibly busy because word of mouth recommendations have spread. That’s why we recommend going on a workday. On Wednesday, we only waited 10 […]
Why Movie Lovers Flock to The Astor Theatre St Kilda
Spent the weekend walking around the beach in St Kilda, and stopped by Astor Theatre to watch a movie. Unexpectedly, compared to the story on the screen, the cinema itself was even more fascinating. The Astor Theatre is the last single-screen cinema in Melbourne, opened in 1936, and has been heritage-listed. It still largely preserves […]

Macaron-pink walls, green plants, and flower petals on the tables! Everything was perfectly prepped for our reserved time, food, flowers, and a special Easter-themed […]

There isn’t a huge difference between them. Since we […]

Visiting the Wombeyan Caves near Sydney
It’s Easter holiday, we went to Wombeyan Caves, about a 3-hour drive from Sydney. Before going, you need to purchase tickets on the official website and choose the session time you want. We explored two caves ($33) in total, including Wollondilly Cave, which requires a guide to enter, and Fig Tree Cave, which you can […]
Unique High Tea Experience in Sydney
We stumbled upon this High Tea last weekend while visiting a friend in Roseville. There were quite a few locals dining there that day. At $68 per person, it felt pretty reasonable. The flavours were genuinely impressive and the presentation was perfect for photos. We sat outdoors, slowly sipping afternoon tea while enjoying the breeze… […]
