We drove to Noosa National Park just to stay at the Floating Eco Villa, which has been named “Best Accommodation of the Year” by several magazines. With mountains and ocean views, walking trails, and beaches to explore, it’s a favourite holiday spot for Australians!
The villa owner designed this floating house with sustainable energy in mind. It runs on solar power, has hot water, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it super comfortable!
We stayed here for three days, spending our days sunbathing on the deck, fishing, and paddling on SUPs and kayaks! We had snorkelling gear, two SUP boards, a small kayak, and fishing equipment on hand.
Afternoons were for grocery trips to town, and evenings meant cooking dinner while watching sunsets and starry skies.
