Little Amigos Kids Cafe

We absolutely love this Jungle-themed colour scheme; finally, there’s a decoration style suitable for boys too!!

The designer has put a lot of thought into it, from the snail-shaped slide, the cactus-shaped fort, the vintage jungle mini-train, there are details everywhere for the kids to explore and discover. There are so many fun things; usually, when we go to a kid’s cafe, we only play for an hour or two, and then we’re ready to leave. But this time, we spent a crazy 4 hours here, and we couldn’t leave. It exhausted all our energy. Parents are truly liberated, and we can eat, drink, and socialise!

Whether the kids are having fun is clear at a glance, but the parents’ experience is even more important! We have to give a special shoutout to the food! It’s really delicious! They specially hired an Italian chef for pasta, pizza, various snacks, and especially the cakes! It’s definitely not the standard of an ordinary kids’ cafe.

The jungle mini-train is really adorable. Which kid can resist it? We didn’t get tired of riding it several times.

All the toys are clean and tidy, with staff constantly cleaning and organizing. Every staff member is cheerful, enthusiastic, and patient with the kids.

The location is super convenient, right next to Target, with 3 hours of free parking.

Tada Kids Café

The hottest spot this weekend is undoubtedly the Tada Kids Cafe on the first floor of Lidcombe Shopping Centre. We arrived a little after 10, and they had already started a waitlist. In addition to their new store opening, they had free face painting and balloon twisting at the entrance on the weekends. It was really crowded, with a festive atmosphere, and lots of people enjoying the activities.

They opened at 9 in the morning, so if you don’t want to wait in line, it’s best to arrive early. The new store continues the tradition of the old one, maintaining its spacious and well-lit atmosphere, which is quite comfortable in the dining area, unlike some other kids’ cafes where finding a seat can be a challenge. We absolutely love their ocean ball pit, it’s so “ocean-like” and quite large, making it a lot of fun to play in. They have two types of slides, a slightly taller spiral one for older kids and a shorter straight one for the younger ones.

We have to say that their carousel is actually free, no extra charge, and you can ride it anytime. The owner is quite generous in this regard, unlike other kids’ cafes where you have to pay extra for things like carousel rides and mini-trains after already paying an admission fee. The play area is very high-tech, with fruits and vegetables placed on a table that can sense when they’re picked up. Kids can follow the on-screen instructions to find different types of produce. Up on the second floor, there’s a princess dress-up area with dresses that must have cost a pretty penny; the styles are quite elaborate, and I’m sure the girls would love this area. If the sizes weren’t too small, I’d be tempted to try on some princess outfits and indulge in that fantasy. For the boys, there’s a racing game area, and the owner really knows how to cater to different interests, with two racing game machines. Don’t forget to check out the second floor.

The drinks are as delicious as ever, but we arrived too early and didn’t order any food. The restrooms are as clean and tidy as always, and this time they’ve even set up a mother and baby room, offering a high level of privacy for nursing and diaper changing.

Kidsday Premium Kids Cafe

The restaurant is excellent, with a wide variety of options, from pasta to Japanese Donburi to Korean fried chicken and spicy rice cakes. They also have a great selection of kids’ meals and a variety of beverages, all prepared very well.

There’s an area for children under 2 years old, and several other areas for kids of all ages, including fishing, a kitchen, a dressing-up area, a pet hospital, an ocean ball pit with slides, a mini-train, and more. Two kids can have a blast, even though it can be a bit pricey. See the price list in picture 9; one child costs $22 for two hours, and they get a complimentary mini-train ticket. Adult tickets are $4.5 for an all-day pass, which includes a drink. In total, for two adults and two kids, the bill was approximately $110, including food. If you plan to visit regularly, you can get a membership card, which offers a 10% discount for cash payments, and it costs $10 per child per year (non-refundable). All the kids love the mini-train; the older one can ride alone, and I held the younger one in the back row. It’s so much fun.

Friendly tip: Before you go, make sure that both adults and children are wearing socks. If you forget, you can also buy them on-site; adult socks are $3.5, and children’s socks are $3.

Vitaland

We used to struggle with finding places to take our kids for weekend fun because there weren’t any top-notch kids cafes in the southern area. The ones we liked were all in the north, which was quite a distance. When we heard that Vitaland opened a branch in the south, we were genuinely overjoyed! It’s a new great place for weekends!

Upon entering the store, it’s filled with pink, and the store is not small; it’s well-equipped. They have a mini-train, a carousel—everything you could want! The dressing-up area is detailed and suitable for both boys and girls. They also have a Lego area and a building area made of foam-like materials, so it won’t hurt the children.

There are three slides in total, two ball pit areas with a lot of balls, and a huge projection area where you can play games by throwing balls. The kids absolutely love it!

The food is as good as ever with options like French fries, chicken nuggets, pasta, and udon noodles. They have a variety of drinks, including apple juice, orange juice, and cola, along with cookies and desserts, all made very delicately.

The most surprising thing is the “fishing area” upstairs, right across from the ball pit, which is so much fun. We didn’t share this yet, so we’ll let you explore it on your own!

Today, our kids played from 10 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon.

Planet mino

One of the Sydney’s largest indoor family-friendly cafe in Sydney! A great place to take the kids during the Christmas holidays!

Planet Mino is in Westfield Warringah. Warringah Mall can be a bit confusing, but this kids cafe is right next to Kmart. If you can’t find it, just look for the shopping centre fountain, and you’ll see the sign!

This Planet Mino is even bigger than the one in Chatswood. After more than half a year of renovations, it’s finally open.

The design is very kid-friendly, with separate areas for toddlers and older kids. There are also various themed rooms, like a play kitchen, a mini-makeup room, a mini-supermarket, and more, which kids of all ages love.

They have a large dining area with plenty of tables and chairs for parents to enjoy a meal, and the food options are diverse and delicious!

There are two birthday party rooms, one that can accommodate 35 children and a smaller one for 25 children. The tiny tables and chairs are super cute! Guests can decorate the rooms with balloons from a company of their choice, and the cafe can also help with setting up the space.

The shopping centre offers three hours of free parking, and there are plenty of parking spaces.

Children under 1 year old: $17, no time limit
1-2 years old: $16.5 per hour
Children 3 years and older: $19.5 per hour

You can use a membership card, which is valid at both the Chatswood and Warringah locations.

Chouchou Bebe

On weekends, we never know where to take them. My friend invited me to this new place called “Chouchou Bebe Adventure” in Merrylands.

Address: 1 Pitt St Shop MM205 (near Big W), Stockland Merrylands Shopping Centre, Merrylands.

It’s very clean inside. They have a bubble pool, a big slide, and inside the bubble pool, there’s a projector that allows interactive games. They also have an inflatable castle.

The bumper cars are available but require an additional fee. Everything else is included.

They have a playhouse, a fishing area, and various amusement facilities.

When you get tired from playing, you can order some delicious food. They serve chicken nuggets, french fries, Korean fried chicken, cheese pizza, fried sweet potato fries, strawberry milkshakes, banana milkshakes, watermelon juice, orange juice, Korean-style spicy rice cakes, and ice cream. Everything tastes great.

We played from 10:00 in the morning until 6:00 in the evening. That’s a full 8 hours of fun. The kids had a blast, and we came back for two consecutive days. While the kids were playing, I could have some hands-free time to use my phone.

Ho’me Kids Cafe Rhodes

The environment was very comfortable and clean. The inclusion of a drink with the adult entry ticket is a plus. Many parents allowed their children to play freely while an employee observed, and parents could relax, have tea, and chat.

Because my little one is still quite young and not very adventurous, so Grandma accompanied and played with him the whole time. It was a special and enjoyable experience thanks to Grandma’s company.

The carousel requires a separate ticket, and today there was a buy one get one free offer, which cost around $5.5. It operates every half hour, and each ride lasts about 5 minutes. There are announcements about carousel times.

The place is decent, and the owner and staff are friendly.

If you’re wondering what to do on a regular day or a weekend, this place is a good option! You can have breakfast or lunch here while the kids have a great time.

You can purchase entry tickets for one or two hours. Since we had other plans in the afternoon, we opted for one hour.

For Kids

  • 6-12 months: One hour $6 / Two hours $10
  • 1-12 years: One hour $12.8 / Two hours $20.8
  • Full day: 6-12 months $12 / 1-12 years $38

Adults are $5.5 all day (including a drink for $5.5), which is a nice addition. Maybe due to the day of the week, it wasn’t too crowded.
