Flute lesson Brisbane
Hello! I am a private piano and flute teacher who offers one-to-one and group music lessons. Since graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Music (Classical Flute Performance), I have tutored students in both private and group class settings in Canada and Australia. I am currently based in Brisbane and offer lessons in the areas of the Western and Inner Southern suburbs.
I received an Honors grade in the AMEB Grade 8 Flute exam. I am classically trained in piano performance, receiving Honors on my grade 8 Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) exam, and have a great knowledge of basic – intermediate theory. I received an Honors grade in Intermediate Theory through RCM. My experience ranges from playing in wind symphonies, chamber groups, solo, and in a flute ensemble.
In addition to offering private lessons on a weekly basis, I offer one-off lesson bookings for students to experience another perspective on musicianship and skill building to compliment their learning with their usual teacher. These are offered anytime, including during term.
