Flagstaff Hill Maritime Museum
This fairytale town has preserved century-old buildings and restored shipwrecks and the town itself from hundreds of years ago. It’s perfect for families with kids and the photo opportunities are amazing. Admission costs AUD19 per adult and is valid for two days.
Deep Blue Hot Springs
While not as big as Mornington’s hot springs, this attraction is still quite popular among social media influencers. It features various pools, including hot springs rock pools, therapy pools, cave pools, aromatherapy pools, and cold water pools.

Whale Watching

After whale watching, you can visit this market, which is just a five-minute drive away. It’s a two-story second-hand vintage market that closes at 5 pm.
Fairy Cove
Located just a 30-minute drive from Warrnambool, Fairy Cove is said to be one of the five most beautiful harbours in Australia. The front of the harbour features fresh seafood, and there’s also a good Italian restaurant. Take a walk around Fairy Cove after enjoying a meal.
Time & Tide Gallery Cafe
This retro-style cafe is less than 10 minutes away from Fairy Cove and has a great view of the sea. The high tea set costs AUD79 per person and includes a glass of champagne, a pot of tea, and a set of sweet and savoury snacks. Every corner of the cafe is perfect for taking pictures.
