Summer Land Camel – Camel Farm and Ride
Entry to the farm is free, but the farm tour and camel ride require payment. It’s best to check their official website before you go and make reservations in advance. Because of the recent school holidays, it can be quite crowded.
The farm tour is only offered once a day at 10:30 a.m., and camel rides have more flexible timing options, with the latest one at 1:45 p.m. However, there are only 7 camels available for each ride, so it’s best to book ahead to avoid a wasted trip!
Feed the camels
Spend $2 to buy hay to feed a whole row of camels (Remember to bring coins as the hay purchase area only accepts coins).
Camel Farm tour
Join the Camel Farm tour, including product tasting ($25 per person).
The farm owner will take you around different corners of the camel farm, visit the milking area, and provide explanations about various aspects of the farm’s history. The tour ends with a tasting session (camel milk cheese, camel milk, etc.). The tour lasts about 45 minutes.
Camel ride
Camel ride for 15 minutes, a lap around the farm ($30). Parents and children can ride together.
Food
Try various camel products at the cafe, including camel milk gelato in various flavours, camel meat burgers, camel milk coffee, and more.
Finally, don’t forget to visit the shop where they sell various products. Some are so good that you might even want to buy them again: camel milk body lotion ⭐️ (highly recommended, it works wonders), shampoo, soap, lip balm, and even alcoholic products like vodka are available 🥃.
Since most of the activities are outdoors, don’t forget to bring sunscreen. The restaurant doesn’t have many seats, and there’s no reservation service. We suggest finding a seat first and then queuing up to order your lunch.
